If you can’t see your Fish, you have 3 solutions to try to solve that situation:

Option 1 – Any of your Fish is active for action.

The solution to put your Fish as active is click in My Account, Click in My Fishes. Here you will see the Fishes that you have created, to active one you just need to click in his image.

Option 2 – When you stay without taking care of your Fish during some time, it stays sad and very ill and because of that its necessities turn all into red. Sometimes your Fish picture (in the superior right corner of the page) disappears.

The solution in this case is easy, you just need to feed your Fish correctly, to change the colour of its necessities from red to yellow or green.

Option 3 – If your browser is Internet explorer, you have to go to tools, Internet options, General, Delete cookies and the cookies will be removed.
